You may return or exchange a product purchased from Jetsetter Playing Cards within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment. The product must be unused and in its original condition to receive a full credit, less shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Discounted product, digital downloads, and gift cards are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To process a return or exchange, contact us prior to shipping the product to us. Please ship the product back to the address listed below. We recommend shipping the product with a trackable shipping service by an insured carrier. We are not responsible for the shipping costs or any other costs associated to returning all or part of your order. Please include your order details and contact information within the package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will sent you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If you receive a refund for returned product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. It may take some time before the refund is posted to the account. Please check with your bank, credit card company, or financial institution for the expected timeframe for a refund to be processed and applied to your account.
