We acknowledge the importance of the packaging and shipping of each order. Every product is inspected and hand packed with the utmost care to ensure the safest arrival of the package and products enclosed. You can rest assured that your order has been properly packaged for a pleasant arrival to its destination.
Products ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Orders are shipped weekly on Friday and/or Saturday via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We may use other carriers, as required.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and/or size of the order. In some instances, we may use flat rate packaging and shipping rates. Our shipping rates may include a nominal fee to offset the costs of the packaging, the handling, and the service fees associated with shipping your order. Rates are subject to change without notice.
If you are located outside of the United States and would like to purchase more than twelve (12) decks of playing cards or display cases, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your options or visit the Worldwide Availability page.
If you order a product that is custom and/or handmade (i.e., card clip, wall display, display stand, etc.) along with in stock product, your order will ship in its entirety once the made to order product is available.
If your package is returned to us with the reason of unclaimed or due to an insufficient address, you will be required to pay again for the postage costs to have the package re-shipped.
If your package is delivered to an incorrect address (incorrectly entered into our website by you during the order process), we are not responsible to replace those products without receiving the funds necessary to replace the products and shipping.
Please review and confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order to prevent subsequent charges for returned or lost packages.
CUSTOMS AND FEES
Your country may have specific rules and regulations regarding customs fees. It’s our policy to always state the actual cost of the products shipped on International customs forms. Duties, tariffs, or any charges in your country are your responsibility to pay.
