We acknowledge the importance of the packaging and shipping of each order. Every product is inspected, and hand packed with the utmost care to ensure the safest arrival of the package and products enclosed. You can rest assured that your order has been properly packaged for a pleasant arrival to its destination.
Products ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Orders are shipped weekly on Friday and/or Saturday via the United Status Postal Service (USPS). We may use other carriers, as required. All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.
If your package is returned to us with the reason of unclaimed or due to an insufficient address, you will be required to pay again for the postage costs to have the package re-shipped.
If your package is delivered to an incorrect address due to being incorrectly entered into our website by you ("customer") during the order process, we are not responsible to replace the product(s) within the package without receiving the funds necessary to replace the product(s) and shipping.
Please review and confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order to prevent subsequent charges for returned or lost packages.
Shipping rates are based on the potential size, weight, and/or destination. In some instances, we may use flat rate packaging and/or shipping methods. Our shipping rates may include a nominal fee to offset the costs of the packaging, the handling, and/or the service fees associated with shipping your order. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

PREORDERS & BACKORDERS
Preorders are for products that are not produced yet but you can still place an order for them. Preordered products will ship as soon as they become available. We will email you ("customer") once your order departs our warehouse. If you preorder a product within the same order as a product that is available and in stock, your order will ship in its entirety once the preordered product is available.
Backorders are for products that are expected to arrive to our warehouse soon but you can still place an order for them. Backordered products will ship as soon as they become available. We will email you ("customer") once your order departs our warehouse. If you backordered a product with a product that is available and in stock, your order will ship in its entirety once the backordered product is available.
Some shipping carriers and shipping methods are unable to be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, FPO address, or other shipping destinations. If this issue is identified pre-shipment, we will notify you ("customer") via the email address provided on the order.
If your shipping destination is in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay, there may be additional time required to deliver your order.
Scenarios that may result in shipping delays are (among others):
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Unscheduled events
We do not monitor unexpected service delays related to the shipping destinations associated to the orders we receive.
When ordering from our website, you ("customer") are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the shipping destination. It is our ("Jetsetter Playing Cards") policy to always state the actual cost of the products shipped on international customs forms.
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees") imposed by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the shipping destination.
Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
- Product category and price
- Shipping costs and package weight
- Customs clearance channel
- Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries do not charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the shipping destination for more information.
Import Fees and/or any other additional charges are your responsibility to pay.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
If you provided your email address with your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order departs our warehouse. For all orders, this email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
